Virtual Reality (VR)

Built Virtual Reality based vocational training demonstrations.

  • Use C# and the Unity game engine to create all interactivity, including handling VR input

  • Integrate 3D art assets, 2D user interface assets, and animations with codebase

  • Designed and developed system to log user’s training progress to a database for reporting and analytics purposes

Built an Android and iOS application to execute non-linear playback of instructional steps, including 3D, animation, and textual components.

Key Responsibilities

  • Use C# and the Unity game engine to create all interactivity

  • Integrate 3D art assets, 2D user interface assets, and animations with codebase

  • Refactored playback process to allow for importing animations from standard 3D content creation packages while maintain support for legacy animated sequences

  • Standardized the content ingestion process, making it easier to quickly bring new animated objects and sequences

  • New feature development (e.g. object selection, part hiding, part isolation, and cross sectioning)
